OUR SKILLS AND CAPACITIES
Thanks to a constant process of investing in technology, modernization and expansion of our machines park, Jago-Pro is capable of producing 150 million of units annually.
Our filling/ production lines allow us to fill:
- classic aerosols of diameters within the range from 35 mm up to 66 mm and volume from 30 ml to 750 ml.
- Special valves (dosing, tilt, 360o and others) can also be used.
- Mini aerosols of diameters within the range from 22 mm and 25 mm and volume from 10 ml up to 25 ml.
- BOV aerosols (bag on valve) within the volume range from 30 up to 500 ml in aluminium and steel cans. We use this technology also for post foaming products.
- Gel products within the volume range from 100 to 1000 ml.
- Roll on products. Volume of 50 ml or 75 ml as standard, but any other volume needed is possible.
- Liquid products of small volumes within the range from 30 up to 100 ml and more often within the volume range from 150 to 500 ml.
- Plastic tubes within the volume range from 30 up to 250ml.
