Integrated Quality and Environment Management System
The company Jago-Pro Sp. z o.o. implements the Policy of Integrated Quality and Environment Management System that first of all aims at delivery of a high quality product manufactured with full respect of rigorous standards of natural environment protection.
In 2003 the Company’s Board decided to implement the quality management system in accordance with the PN-EN ISO 9001:2001 standard within the scope of designing, implementation and production of cosmetics and household chemicals in aerosols and other applications. A contract with a consultancy company has been signed, and basing on cooperation with this company system documentation has been prepared.
In 2004 we have successfully passed the certification audit run by the TUV Cert certifying body and so doing we have been certified.
In 2008 implementation works on the System of Environment Management according to PN-EN ISO 14001:2005 started. One common and integrated documentation covering requirements of PN-EN ISO 9001:2001 and PN-EN ISO 22716:2007 standards i.e. rules of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), as well as requirements of PN-EN ISO 14001:2005 has been prepared.
Works on that system were successful too. In the result thereof in 2009 we were granted Certification by TUV Cert.
The established, documented, implemented and maintained Integrated Management System in Jago-Pro Sp. z o.o. contributes to a better mastering of quality aspects of production processes, to costs reduction and it strengthens the market position of Jago-Pro Sp. z o.o. thanks to raising customer’s satisfaction. Being equipped with a system approach to environmental management, reliability of our company among customers and in the company surroundings, including among local authorities, grows.
The Integrated Management System is a system set in writing that puts the whole company in order.
Taking care of a highest quality product we have our Quality and Development Department, since we realize the importance of quality control within production process:
- We conduct continuous control, to maintain the highest quality of offered products at each manufacturing stage, starting from incoming raw materials and ending up on finished good
- The Quality and Development Dept. constantly develops among others through raising qualifications of employees and through investments in modern research equipment:
- spectrophotometer
- refractometer
- viscosimeter
- pH-meter
- conductometer
- autotitrator
- microscope with polarized light
- mini-incubators for microbiology
- automatic homogenizer
- lab incubators
- termo-alcoholometer
- Our production process complies with requirements of Good Manufacture Practice for Cosmetics - GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)
- We are registered in the Statutory Office of Trading Standards; this registration enables us to use the „e" sign"
