QUALITY AND DEVELOPMENT
Research and Implementation Department that since 2007 has been incorporated into the structure of our Quality and Development Department, has been created in 2004 as our reaction to growing customers’ demands. The Department has its own laboratory equipped with devices of the highest quality that enable us to prepare innovative formulas for the most demanding companies and corporations.
Our Development Department is among others equipped with homogenizators, lab reactor that enables us to merge components in vacuum conditions and at a given temperature, viscometer, autotitrator, pH-meters, mechanical and magnetic mixers, incubator, refrigerators, microscope with polarized light and spectrophotometer. We are constantly investing in advanced research and measurement equipment that we are really proud of! Not that many companies worldwide can boast of such facilities!
To make our research opportunities even larger and to extend our control over production we are currently organizing a separate department i.e. a state-of-art Microbiological Laboratory.
Our qualified technologists who are constantly widening their skills throughout trainings work on innovative products, new technologies, but also improve quality of classic formulas of shaving products, hair styling products and perfumeries. In order to ensure the highest quality of products and meet customers’ requirements, we cooperate with the industry-best suppliers of raw materials.
An important success of this department has been implementation of the BOV and POST FOAMING technology to different application fields among others body lotions, sunbaths oils or shaving gels. Following the most recent market trends, we have worked out formulas of makeup removing foams, innovative antiperspirants in spray, roll on and stick, and currently we are at the stage of implementing nanotechnology to be used in our products.
